In North East Lincolnshire we have accord, a membership scheme, where local people are elected to sit on one of four Commissioning Boards where we have a say in improving health and adult social care services in the area. These public representatives go out and listen to the public views about those services to see how they can be improved.

12. Services4Me This website is being launched in 2011 that will offer a directory of all adult social care, health care, voluntary and community services in North East Lincolnshire. In the future people will be able to write a review of services they have used, look at star ratings of services, join a forum to chat, create their own shopping basket of services that interest them and book on-line and download or print information leaflets.
