1. Go to the 7029 webforms page using the link that is above. If you do not have a password, click on “Obtain Password”. Get a password and then sign on.

2. Go to Form Access and click on the 7029 Version 1.1 version

3. Open up the form, enter your data. If you are a slow typist, save after each line or you will lose your work. When done, click SAVE, then click QUIT.

4. Then click on “My Webforms Guide” and a dialog box will appear on the right. It is the box surrounded by a blue border.

5. Take this form and put your mouse over the top of the quick link. Click and hold the left mouse button and then drag it to your desktop.

6. Put this link on your desktop, then right click it to rename it, hit enter and you are done. When you want to use it, double click it and it will take you right to your opened 7029 form.
