2. ABOUT ME I would like to welcome you to my classroom. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Sciences from Nova Southeastern University. I played on the Women’s Soccer Team all four years. I taught in Philadelphia for one year, before coming back to the Sunshine State. I am very excited to join the Somerset Academy Science team! My goal for this year is to provide a rich learning experience in science while empowering my students to learn more. CLASS RULES 1.Be respectful to teachers, peers, and Somerset Academy: -Raise your hand and wait to be called upon before answering -Do not talk during instruction, blurt out answers or tease other students -Stay in seat or lab area unless given permission by teacher -Turn off cell phones and put them away BEFORE entering the classroom 2. Be Independent and Responsible by: - Completing assignments -Participate in discussions and team learning -Bring all supplies to class -Turn in work on time. 3. Be organized by keeping binder and notebook neat and up to date. All assignments must have a number, title, date, book name and page number. 4. Be Honorable by helping others when needed, staying focused, and doing assigned work.
