20 SPA Sponsored Projects Administration NIH Continuing Resolution NIH Funded at FY 2011 level minus 1.5 percent. –NIH will issue non-competing research grant awards at a level below that indicated on the most recent Notice of Award (generally up to 90% of the previously committed level). –Upward adjustments to awarded levels will be considered after FY 2012 appropriations are enacted but NIH expects institutions to monitor their expenditures carefully during this period. 31 Research HR Human Resources Jennifer Crosby 31 RAIN: xx.xx.20xx 2)Research Outreach Project update – Out of our five main recommendations and initiatives, we have great traction with two in particular: a) Research ranked and Post doc compensation review – Brendan Good is our new intern that will be assisting with data collection and review, project kick off meeting is Monday, October 24. b) New Employee Orientation review – Kirsten Wall is pulling together focus groups consisting of administrators, faculty, staff members and research ranked employees and will partner with others across OHSU to start the design phase.
