A fizzy drink is occasional so please don’t drink it everyday because has a lot of sugar which damages your teeth 5. Eating healthy food keeps your teeth clean so you’ll always have a beautiful smile!!!!!

4 Keeping fit Doing exercises make you strong bones and muscles On the weekends try to play some sports like soccer with your friends to keep your body fit Try to include your friends and family to play sports with you because it keeps them healthy and you too Always do some warm-ups to get fresh and have a great day
