4. Let’s Begin……… Step 1 – Login

5. FIRST - Login Your Login Name is your e-mail address – ALL LOWER CASE.
You will not have a password your first time – you will have to create one - Click on the link “What was my password again?”
Type in your user name again – remember it is your address in all lower case letters.
You will receive a message that an is being sent to you with a link.
Open the when it arrives and click on the link “Reset Password” *Note : Link is time sensitive – complete the entire process
Your password must be 8 characters and include a number and a capital letter.

6. SECOND - as soon as you login successfully you must go to the Users Tab and set-up your workflow.

*Note – All agents must report to a supervisor & you can enter the supervisor by name or address
