12 Roanoke… the lost colony Your task is to select one of the theories about what happened to the people at Roanoke. They still do not know what truly happened, so there are no wrong answers. What you need to do is be able to choose a position and then defend it. You may use BYOT to look up any “clues” they have discovered and pull in that information. In addition to defending your theory, you must refute the other four theories.
