2. Well lets say that you get sick. If they give you too much medicine it could make you even worse! If they give you to little then it doesn’t help at all! For this reason nurses must be exact when they give people young or old medicine. They use special equipment to make sure they give the right amount How Rational Numbers Apply

3. Nurses uses rational numbers all the time!!! They have to write up prescriptions which involves it! Did you know that it involves rational numbers to do X-rays and CAT scans?? Even statistical graphs of epidemics or success rates of treatments involves rational numbers! Nurses

4. There are lots of degrees you can get but the one you really need is bachelors. Which on average takes about two years. A nurses pay range varies. LPN's can make anywhere from $12-$24 per hour and RN's (associates) can make anything from $15- $40 per hour! Those are just for new nurses. More about Nurses

5. Have you ever thought to yourself “when would I ever need to use this?” Well while doing this project I now realize yes we do!! Doing this project taught me how much work it is mathematically to be a nurse! It’s way harder than it looks. Nurses and a lot of other jobs involve the exact thing we are learning in class right now! What I learned
