Read your food labels! Please share with your groups that it is very important to read your food labels. Be conscious of what you are putting into your body. Pat close attention to serving sizes, look for foods with lower level of saturated fats. More fiber, less sugar. Vitamins and minerals help your body function properly.

Individuals often think that since they are walking a couple of times a week, that they can now eat what they want.

If you are working predominantly indoors, spend some time outdoors at lunch, getting some sun to help boost your Vitamin D levels. Always remember to protect yourself with the proper clothes and sunscreen.
