24.  Several Electives have fees- please be prepared to pay those course fees at the beginning of the school year.  Some electives my require an application or an audition/tryout (yearbook, robotics, band, athletics, varsity choir).  Most applications are available from the sponsor.  Sponsors/Coaches will provide Counselors with rosters for scheduling.

25.  STUDENT request courses  Number of requests determines the type of courses and the number of courses needed  2015-16 Master Schedule is created based on requests (demand)  Automated scheduler is used to create schedules.

26.  Talk to your student regarding their course selections as they relate to their level of commitment, life goals & academic goals.  Schedule changes are discouraged. Changes for a different teacher; a different period; or without approval cannot be accommodated.  Submit by deadline: April 24th
