6 GOOD SPEAKING  Know your subject – do not guess  Watch your body language  Use your eyes to control  Talk to your audience – not at them  Avoid controversial statements  Avoid politics  Laugh with the audience

7 GOOD SPEAKING  Look at your audience – not above them  Sufficient volume  Put some life into your voice  Emphasise with a slight pause  Use brief notes – do not read  Do not write your script on a slide
