10 Foundation Champions Program  To be a Foundation Champion: –Make a state council or chapter contribution from the state council/chapter funds –Conduct a Leadership Campaign  And do one or both of the following: –Increase (by 10% or more) the state council or chapter donation over the previous year’s donation –Hold at least one special fundraising event to benefit the SHRM Foundation  SHAPE –Meeting the eligibility requirements for the Champions Program is also a requirement for the Gold Award and Platinum Award, as explained in the SHRM Affiliate Program for Excellence (SHAPE) planning documents
