Serving WELCOME GUEST DISTINGUISHED DIVISION AWARDS The division will qualify for a Governor’s Citation, Outstanding Leadership, Outstanding Performance, or Honorable Mention based on the collective performance of the clubs in the division. If 50% of the clubs in the division achieve distinguished, the lieutenant governor will be awarded the Governor’s Citation. If 40% of the clubs in the division achieve distinguished, the lieutenant governor will be awarded the Outstanding Leadership Citation. If 35% of the clubs in the division achieve distinguished, the lieutenant governor will be awarded the Outstanding Performance Citation. If 25% of the clubs in the division achieve distinguished, the lieutenant governor will be awarded the Honorable Mention Citation. If the division is distinguished at any level, and the lieutenant governor qualifies for the Distinguished Member Award, the lieutenant governor will receive a Distinguished Lieutenant Governor lapel pin. In case you didn’t know, our past LT Governor, Bill Montgomery was awarded the Outstanding Performance Citation for 2005-2006 for Division 5. Congratulations! MEMORIAL DAY TRIBUTE Memorial Day found Butch Shadwell with the Beaches Honor Guard at Fleet Landing and Cypress Village, performing a rifle salute to our deceased veterans.
