IPad  The iPad is a tablet computer designed and developed by Apple. It is particularly marketed as a platform for audio and visual media such as books, periodicals, movies, music, and games, as well as web content. Apple released the iPad in April 2010, and sold 3 million of the devices in 80 days.  The iPad runs the same operating system as the earlier iPod Touch and iPhone. Without modification, it will only run programs approved by Apple and distributed via its online store.  Like iPhone and iPod Touch, the iPad is controlled by a multitouch display — a break from most previous tablet computers. The iPad uses a Wi-Fi data connection to browse the Internet, load and stream media, and install software.

How can this change classrooms in 5 years  Well I think this can change classrooms in 5 years cause of the internet so you ca surf the web for research and get a lot of info before the teacher says it or even get info the teacher didn’t even mention and all this stuff and to top it off the app store has plenty of educational apps like a blackboard to write stuff very quickly and get other educational apps for all types of grades elementary, middle, high school, and collage and for all types of classes. So with that kind of technology I think you can achieve a lot of things and use it 5 years from now. ;-)

Fly Pen  The Fly is an oversized, cosmetically customizable pen that is intended to assist children, especially those aged 7 – 14, with schoolwork. There are several bundled and add-on applications available for the pen, including a notepad, calculator, language and writing assistant, and educational games; many of these require the use of a small cartridge that can be inserted into a port built into the rear of the pen. The Fly only works on its own proprietary paper, which is lightly printed with a pattern of dots to provide positioning information to the pen via a tiny infrared camera. The ink tip itself can be retracted into the body of the pen when no physical notes are desired.  The pen uses digital paper and pattern decoding technology developed by Anoto to track where the user writes on the page. It uses Vision Objects' My Script character recognition technology to read what's been written, and can read aloud nearly any word in U.S. English. One notable thing is that the Fly uses only capital letters. To start the main menu of the base pen, the user writes "M" and circles it. After recognizing the circled "M", the pen switches to "menu mode". There are several different circle-letter codes for activating different applications, these codes are officially known as "Fly-Cons."  Once an application is activated, the user uses the pen to draw on the paper to interact with the application. In much of the applications, users are told what to draw, rather than having the freedom to design their own.

Plummeting  I think what's going to plummet is mostly some school supplies and books etc cause some stuff are already getting changed like the smartboards are being used more than ordinary whiteboards and blackboards cause they contain more than ordinary boards so that’s why more things are going to be invented therefore changing day to day supplies.

New advancements  PEP has been working with Ford to develop charging stations. Founded by an architect and his brother, PEP stations feature a solid concrete base and a stainless steel top and are only geared, towards installations. Without much of a track record, only time will tell what their stations can offer, so I read that someone talked with both brothers at the New York Auto Show, they seemed to think that their stations were more robust than any of the competitions' because they used high quality automotive grade components.

conclusion  So anyways technology is going to be here for the REAST OF OUR LIVES!!!!!!!!!anyways so its going to be here helping us with many things medical school business anything and best of all it will evolve to become better and stronger.:-p
