How to register 1.Go to www.cornerstonefitness.com/sunnyside/10ksteps.htmlwww.cornerstonefitness.com/sunnyside/10ksteps.html 2.Click on “Self-registration” 3.Choose your site under “Group” 4.Fill in the necessary information 5.Click “Register” REMEMBER: Click on the “Personalize” tab to customize your walking program

10. Important information to add when you register You must click on the “Personalize” tab Add in the number of steps you take in a 50-foot distance (for most people, it’s usually about 20 feet) Once you complete the registration, you can view your personal daily progress!

11. Free Pedometer Available to first 400 employees who register on website Pedometers available beginning November 9, 2009 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. See Bertha Villaseñor in the Elementary Curriculum Office (Central Administration Building x2068) Pedometers must be picked up in person by registrant
