13 Key Points To Note Media  Packages illustrated are based on 30 sec durations  Tarp up weights, commercial durations and campaign periods will be priced on request  100% of the package cost will contribute to a client’s TVNZ TOT however these packages do not attract terms of trade discounts  TVNZ will pay a $25 per TARP fee and a $10 CPM fee to the client’s media agency. The TARP and CPM fees will only be paid against guaranteed tarps/impressions. Talent  The package cost covers talent fees involving filming, and exposure for a 4 week period  Additional image rights for instore usage, appearances etc will be separately negotiated Production  The package covers production costs of filming in one location/TVNZ set  Additional requirements such as location fees, food stylists, animation, archive costs and secondary talent etc are an additional cost
