3 Where to find this software iMovie is Apple's standard software for editing digital video. It comes preloaded on all iMac machines. iMovie is Apple's standard software for editing digital video. 10 Capturing Video directly from camera Firstly, find the video tape player! Firstly, find the video tape player! The video tape player is the grey "JVC" box separate from the iMac computer. 37 Adding Extra Audio & SFX It is possible to add sound effects, voice overs and music to your video, iMovie comes with a few sound effects or you can use sound from a CD.
