8 Why take End-of-Instruction tests? ACE Legislation requires EOIs 1. Required for graduation from high school in Oklahoma 2. Results recorded on transcripts: Advanced knowledge or Satisfactory Limited Knowledge and Unsatisfactory scores are not recorded on transcripts; students must re-take tests until they reach at least Satisfactory. Students must take all EOIs and must pass 4 EOIs: Required: Algebra I and English II Choose from 2 others: Geometry, Algebra II, Biology I, U.S. History
