3 Save Your Work! This is a good time to start saving your work. Go to FILE, then Save As…, then change the name of the presentation, and choose a location to save it to. Delete this slide after saving your work, but remember to save it as you continue to add to your presentation.

4 PPT Presentation Guideline You should not have more than one or two sentences per bullet, and you should not have more than 3 bullets per slide. When you go over these limits, just create a new slide instead of overcrowding your slides. The exception is for lists, which can be longer than three bullets if they are only one or two words per bullet. When in doubt, make a new slide. Delete this slide after reading.

16 Deleted slides If you don’t delete slides that needed to be deleted, you will lose 5 points per slide. You are reminded to remove them on this template, and it also shows that you did not review your work before presenting it.

17 Final thoughts…? If you are not ready to present when called, your presentation is late (-10 points) If you are absent on the day you present, we will reschedule your presentation. Do not spend time on slide colors or transitions until you complete the content.

Your ability to listen respectfully to other presentations is important. You can lose points in this area at any time, even after you do your presentation. 20 OVERALL PRESENTATION …did you forget to delete instructional slides from the template? (-5 each), did you speak clearly and leave time for students to copy information? Did you allow enough time for students to copy notes? Did you ask students if they had any questions at the end of the presentation? Did you do your best to answer these questions?
