37. Creating a Survey using SurveyMonkey Once we scroll done will make sure that on the Reply Email Address to make sure we have your email indicated by the arrow and once we have made sure then we can proceed with the next step by pressing the Save & Preview button indicated by the arrow

38. Creating a Survey using SurveyMonkey This window show you the people who are in your email list, this also show you that are Recipients have been emailed and all have responded. Now our next step is to press the Analyze Results by press Analyze Results button indicated by the arrow

39. Creating a Survey using SurveyMonkey At this point you can view the results, on this survey everyone selected yes on all question. You can also create a Chart by pressing the Create Chart indicated by the arrow
