Target is Senior IT Managers for software and hardware and applicable C-level executives. The HP prospect list source is the Harte Hanks database. HP CIM providers on 3i surface both physical asset and system status information: 1)Physical asset information relates to surfacing information about what is installed on the server, such as the CPU, memory footprint, etc. 2)Status information about system components is what is needed to truly manage the hardware.
