1 Libya By Marley Paavola Why is Libya developing? Thesis This country is developing because they can’t produce enough food to feed themselves.

2 Location Libya is in Africa. The absolute location of Libya is 25º00N, 17º00E. The Mediterranean is north of Libya, Algeria is to the west, Egypt to the east and Chad and Niger are at its southern border.

3 Climate: desert-like. Libya has five different climate zones. The dominant climates are Mediterranean and Saharan. Most of the coastal lowland has a Mediterranean climate, with warm summers and mild winters. Little rainfall. Dry weather results in an all year 98% visibility. Colder weather in the highlands. Frosts happen at the highest elevations. In the desert, there are very hot summers and temperatures range extremely.Climate

10 Why my country is developing 3 Reason C: the Government Detail #1: Libya has a state of the masses for politics. Detail #2: in thought, that is governed by the people through city councils. Detail #3: in practice, it’s a state of total control; meaning the people don’t know they don’t make the choices.

11 Conclusion I believe that Libya will become a developed country in the near future; because they produce so much oil & don’t really get in wars.
