9 Question 34 of the Legal Aptitude Section related to the concept of Culpable Homicide. Even though at the first glance it may be concluded that Maggie could be guilty of Culpable Homicide. However, by reading the principle closely it becomes clear that Maggie had no intention of causing death, or any such injury which was likely to cause death. Further she did not even have the knowledge of Malcolm’s intention and plane d is the correct answer and Maggie is not liable for Culpable Homicide.

10 Question 33: As per the explanation the law of economic duress only comes into picture when the consent is apparently caused by inducing pressure on the other party. In these facts the need for Model’s to notify king of good times does not render it to be a case of economic duress as there is no pressure induced and further they are not being stopped from signing other contracts. Hence b is correct option.

11 Question 36 was a fairly easy question as it relates to the principle of equality before law. As is evident from the facts, only taxing Rima Oris amounts to discrimination against them and hence violates the principle of equality. So in this case d is the correct option.

12 Question 53 in the knowledge section related to IPC as to the offences of Robbery and Dacoity which needed a knowledge of these concepts.
