4 Process for staff? Discuss with Head of School/Section Obtain pension and severance estimates Decide whether to apply and complete approval form Submit form

5 Process for Head of School/Section Initial Discussion with member of staff Give initial view whether application would be supported Completes remainder of application form, indicating agreement or not For Academic staff, Faculty will consider application Paperwork sent to HR Director for approval process

6 Corporate Approval Committee Meets to review all applications Recommendations to Principal Principal approves applications and confirms date Heads and staff notified by HR
