Chang, and logout Scenario 3 1) Login, order 1 item from Olive Garden and 2 items from P.F. Chang 2) Before placing the order, delete an item from P.F. Chang, then place the order and logout

Problems found The first page is boring. Like to see more graphics It’s okay to be flashy, fancy and catchy

Problems found (continued) How much do you charge??? No info about our delivery fee on first page. Should be upfront about this Where is $?

Problems found (continued) “Become a member” is too small User had a hard time finding it It should not be grouped with login

Problems found (continued) Menu layout is confusing Not in any particular order Would like to see all lists in one page ( scrollable)

Problems found (continued) No description about each dish Maybe include a picture of dish

Problems found (continued) Confused with “Continue order” & “Place order” Don’t know what’s the difference Not sure which one to choose to continue Not sure what will happen if pick the wrong one

Recommendations Modify the homepage More graphics More appealing use of color Place fee information on homepage Modify the “Become a Member” button Make it more intuitive for new users Easier to see (ie.fonts, color) Separate “Become a Member” from “Login”

Recommendations Modify the restaurants menu Place all menus in one scrollable list Items in alphabetical order Add pictures of the food Add description of the food Change the “Place Order” button to “Check Out” Modify the “Delete” function Incorporate it into the “My Order” box Possibly add a “Modify” button as well

Summary Low-fi prototyping allows us to see different perspectives Able to gain valuable insight into process functionalities Functions we thought were intuitive, were actually confusing User testing and observations have allowed us to design a better and more user-friendly service/website.
