Different Font Sizes and Colors Highlight text. Format pull down menu. –Font option. Use pull down arrow to choose a different color. Use scroll bar under Size to select a different size. Use the Font Size pull down arrow on the toolbar.

Create a link to the first presentation. –Use a action button on the slide show menu or use action settings on the slide show menu. For action button you need to drag after selecting it. For action setting you need to select something before selecting it. –Select hyperlink radio button. Choose other PowerPoint presentation on the drop down arrow menu. Then choose the other presentation.
