4 Goals and Objectives At the end of the lesson, learners will be able to (virtually)  List the key activities of cake baking  Identify the aspects that will change during the real world baking process  Apply this knowledge in real world settings and  BAKE A YUMMY DELICIOUS CAKE!!

5 Content Analysis Learners will be able to:  Mix ingredients necessary  Use different conditions/choices  Encourages learning by doing

8 Challenges Time and Resources Higher levels of multimedia content make it necessary to have high speed connections – we could overcome that by making the site workable offline (on a CD-ROM as an alternative) Can we make the site compatible with the accessibility guidelines? Need to have printer-friendly pages
