9. 3D CASE: Relaxation activity 1. Find togehter with someone who has the same hand temperature as yourself 2. Close your eyes 3. Think of a relaxation activity that you like (reading a book, watch tv etc.) 4. Open your eyes 5. Tell your partner about your relaxation activity in ½ minute 6. Whoever has the longest way home starts 7. Make them change after ½ minute 8. After the exercise the participants write the ralaxation activity on a label and use it as their nametag

10. 3D CASE: It can’t be done 1. Find togehter two and two with someone who had the same for dinner last night as yourself 2. Hand out word training cards 3. If anyone looks at their card, they should change their card with someone around to make sure they have a card, they have not looked at 4. Take turns to generate ideas for a future TV show by using the words as stimuli 5. When your partner generates an idea, you should tell him/her that the idea can’t be done (all ideas can be killed) and WHY it can’t be done 6. Continue the exercise by generating a new idea and so on 7. Demonstrate 8. Whoever has the darkest clothes on starts
