Behavior Management Classroom Expectations 1.Follow directions the first time they are given. 2.Always give your best effort. 3.Be respectful and responsible at all times. Each child will begin the day fresh on Ready to Learn. Students will move up with positive choices and move down with reminders for inappropriate behaviors. If you move to FANTASTIC five times in the month, you’ll get to have a special treat decided by the group.(Pink) As you continue to make good choices, you’ll advance to “Great Job!” Making a good choice will help you move up to the Fantastic group. If you make this group seven days, you can join the FANTASTIC group party. (Purple) You will get to start out each day on “Ready to Learn”. You will move your clip up or down depending on your choices each day. (GREEN) If you receive a caution, you will move your clip down to help you remember to think about your choices. (Blue) If you continue to make poor choices, you will move to “Stop, Think, Try again!”. You will need to take time to think at your seat. (Yellow) If you still choose to make bad decisions, you will move to “Parent contact”. You will complete a “Behavior Reflection” for mom or dad to sign. The teacher will contact Mom and Dad also. (RED) I believe this will be a positive way for students to monitor their choices and will give them behavior goals to strive for! You can check their daily progress when you sign their daily chart. As always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me! FANTASTIC! Great Job Ready To Learn Off Task Rethink ! CAUTION! Make Better Choices Contact Parent
