8 Possible Meeting Roles
Team leader - facilitates, reviews the purpose, and keeps the team focused on the meeting Recorder - responsible for transcribing the team’s responses on a master record Timekeeper- responsible for monitoring the amount of time available, and keeps the team aware of time limits

Continuously seeking to improve what you do and make it BETTER Problem-solve Bring in new and additional people Identify those individuals that can provide you with additional resources Collaborate with other agencies Try new interventions and strategies 10% Stretch

How well do you really know your team members? Independently list 3 things about yourself that are true and one thing about yourself that is false Do not indicate which items are fact or faction… that is up to your team to decide Share information with your team Example: I just hit four numbers in the lotto, I use to have red hair, I practiced ballet for 13 years, I use to work in a high school

11 Activity: Teaming/Collaboration
What kind of team are you on? i.e., grade level team What is your team purpose? What is the role of your team? Does your team deal with behavior issues? Identify additional strategies that might enhance team collaboration and allow your team to address behavior issues at the classroom level.
