14 Application Form Process All applications copied Administrator role Predicted grades added Form checked and sent back to student for amendments if necessary Sends form to referee for final checking Overview of movement of all applications process Non UCAS students Final Referees 2 SLT, Director and Deputy Director of 6 th Form Students allocated by subject Send off once happy with final version

15 Use of Adviser Track & Reports Monitor progress of decisions, keep tutors and referees informed Used to chase and support students as necessary Used for creating master list for results day Use for monitoring performance year on year
