37 KERI BEFORE: ONE-ON-ONE Keri was a coach who saw clients 1-on-1 at $125/session. That choice DEFINED the limits of Keri’s income. ($125/hour) x (40 hours) = $5K/week or $20K/m. Workload: 120 hours/m!

38 KERI AFTER: GROUP COACHING Keri realized that while each client is unique, she was covering the SAME fundamentals over and over with every client. She created an 8-week online workshop teaching the fundamentals by video. She added e-mail support, and a group Q&A call every week to “tweak” the program for each member.
