8 1 st Year Rating Process Each program will be required to complete: Self-Assessment All lead teachers need to be registered and have current information on record with The Registry. Snack schedule Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) Financial projections, staff and program policies and procedures. Demographic enrollment report Sample daily lesson plans *Each site will be eligible for a $1,000 Micro Grant to used to support program goals sited in the QIP. The following program categories will be evaluated Education and Training of Group Leaders/Site Supervisors/Coordinator/Administrator/Director Learning Environment and Curriculum Business and Professional Practices Health and Wellness
