Solid Gold all year:  At the end of the year students who have been gold all year long get a special reward!

Leveling: changes every week Monday morning you will open your assignment book to the current passcard and give it to your TA teacher Your teacher will look at your grades and your work and behavior contacts and he or she will record your level on your passcard. This will be your level for the remainder of the week. If you are gone on Monday it is your responsibility to give your assignment book to your TA teacher to be leveled the first morning you return to school. Failure to do this could result in you missing out on scheduled rewards.

Leveling You start new at the beginning of each quarter. However, your contacts from the last week of the quarter will affect your level the first week of the next quarter. Your grades from the last week of quarter will not carry over.

Grades Grades are given the last day of every week minus the first week or two of every quarter. We will all be prepared to give you grades on the last day of the week but it is your responsibility to make sure you have a grade before you leave the classroom. All grades must be written in your assignment sheet. We will not give you grades on anything else and we will not level you if your grades are on anything else. If you don’t have your grades come Monday morning you will be white for the rest of the week, but you should still get your grades from the teachers throughout the day.

Grades If you are absent on the day grades are given then you will remain the color of the previous week until you get your grades from your teachers as you precede through the day. You will not be allowed to go get grades during TA time. You will be leveled at the end of the day by your advisor or the next morning during TA.

Questions? We know this is a little confusing, but you will get used to the process. The point of our leveling system is to reward the kids who make good choices all the time. We want you all to be gold!!!!

That’s all folks!!
