14. What do students think? Geoff Allen- Class of 2008, is in the MA/Ph.D. program in Political Science at the University of California - Santa Barbara. His dissertation will focus on investigating the links between representative institutions designed to guarantee representation for minority groups and policy outcomes regarding minority rights.
