“As an undergraduate, I found my IB education incredibly useful. The writing requirements and the depth of writing training I was provided ensured a smooth transition into high level college writing, and helped me in developing the skills I would use to publish my first article in 2011. As a political science student, the IB program's emphasis on international history allowed me to make critical comparative links between the political situations in various settings.” “In my current role as a teaching assistant, I frequently am involved in the education of first year college students. I notice a distinct difference in both the writing skills and historical and international awareness of students with an IB background as opposed to other students.”
