3 OFFICIAL NAME : The Commonwealth of Australia. Australia is situated south of Asia, between the Pacific and the Indian Oceans.

6 Kangaroo and Emu are symbol of the country. Australia is sometimes called “The Land of Wattle” or “Kangarooland”.

7 -when an early setter asked an Aborigine the name for the strange animal which hopped {jumped}, the Aborigine answered “Kan-gar-oo”, which means “I don’t know” -the Big Red and Grey kangaroos are 2 meters high -kangaroos lives for 10-15 years - a baby kangaroo is blind {it can’t see} and it’s deaf {it can’t hear}
