What is e-BRIDGE Replicator?  e-BRIDGE Replicator is a utility that automates the process of printing the same document from more than one paper drawer or input source at the same time. A simple one touch application to streamline the creation of multi part forms and documents such as invoices, receipts and statements.

Benefits of using e-BRIDGE Replicator…  $ Cost Saving! e-BRIDGE Replicator can be an alternative to the old and limited impact printers also replacing the expensive multi-part carbon paper compared to plain paper for printing carbon copies. (i.e. invoices, receipts and statements)  Simplicity! Easy to install and very simple to use. Next to no training at all.  Saving you time! e-BRIDGE Replicator can retain print settings (i.e. stapling, double siding, no. of copies and drawer selections) therefore saving you valuable time and no need to remember settings.

7 How does it work? Scenario “I have a bunch of invoices that needs to be printed and I want one(1) copy for the customer, two(2) for the accounts department and three(3) for our sales department.” “Also it would make life easier if I can get them in different coloured papers so I can quickly divide them and pass them on.”

8 How does it work? Use e-BRIDGE Replicator Just pre-load the drawers with different coloured papers (e.g. Drawer 1 with yellow paper, drawer 2 with green paper and drawer 3 or LCF with white paper) and print to e-BRIDGE Replicator printer. Drawer 3 or LCF with WHITE paper! Drawer 2 with GREEN paper! Drawer 1 with YELLOW paper!

9 How does it work? Need to print this Tax Invoice… Select e-BRIDGE Replicator printer! Click [OK]…

10 How does it work? This is e-BRIDGE Replicator. Check box means this will be printed. Select the number of copies.

11 How does it work? Select Drawer 1. Remember we filled drawer 1 with YELLOW paper!

12 How does it work? Check box again for the second lot of copies. Number of copies set to 2.

13 How does it work? Select Drawer 2. Remember we filled drawer 2 with GREEN paper!

14 How does it work? Check box again for the third lot of copies. Number of copies set to 3.

15 How does it work? Select the LCF. Remember we filled LCF with WHITE paper!

16 How does it work? All settings are in, click [Print] to see what happens. If this is a common task then select this option to retain settings for next time. Set and forget!

19 Can I use Replicator? What are the minimum requirements to use Replicator?  A Toshiba Multi-Function Device utilising e-BRIDGE II or e-BRIDGE III architecture.  Windows XP with SP1 or later, or Windows Vista with SP1.  The Toshiba Multi-Function Device installed on Windows using a PostScript driver.
