4 What are the benefits? Benefits of e-BRIDGE Job Point:  Simple and Straight Forward! Simple to install and easy to use. Once you print to Job Point it’s just a matter of selecting your Toshiba MFD’s, number of copies and OK. Next to no training required.  Cost Saving! 6 How does it work? Scenario I need to print 1000 copies of this month’s newsletter which is due in an hour. I wish there was an easy way to just split the jobs between the 3 MFD’s we have in the office so I can get the job done faster and on time. With e-BRIDGE Job Point and Toshiba MFD’s you can!

7 How does it work?  Here is my 2 page newsletter and I need to print 1000 copies.

8 How does it work? Select e-BRIDGE Job Point from the printer drop down list  Select [Print] Click [OK]

9 How does it work?  e-BRIDGE Job Point window will appear Let’s take a closer look.

10 How does it work? Choose a Toshiba MFD from drop down. Enter the number of sets.

11 How does it work? And the number of sets. Choose another Toshiba MFD from drop down.

12 How does it work? And again the number of sets. Choose another Toshiba MFD from drop down.

13 How does it work?  Click [OK] and all 3 MFD’s will start printing the number of sets assigned

14 How does it work?  Instead of entering the number of sets for each MFD you can split automatically Enter the total number of sets. Auto Split!

15 How does it work?  Two additional options to save you time. With this option Job Point will remember your selections of MFD’s and the number of sets for next time. This is a set and forget option. Job Point will remember your selections and will not display this dialog box for next time.

17 Can I install Job Point? What are the minimum requirements to use Job Point?  A Toshiba Multi-Function Device utilising e-BRIDGE II or e-BRIDGE III architecture.  Windows XP with SP1 or later, or Windows Vista with SP1.  The Toshiba Multi-Function Device installed on Windows using a PostScript driver.  MFD’s should have the same configuration for job output compatibility
