Customer has access to 100% of their B/Ls where the Customer Office is the SI Requestor. (B/ls NOT limited to SIs submitted through INTTRA.) Inbox customization allows you to control which columns are displayed in your Inbox.

12 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 12 Web Bill of Lading – Inbox Navigation To sort the Inbox, click on underlined column headings. To filter the results set to a specific data value, select the value of interest from the drop-down list under the column heading. To view and manage a BL, click on the BL# hyperlink. The Inbox contains data as defined by the selection criteria entered on the Home Page. The data values are displayed for cross-reference purposes to help users easily identify the B/L of interest.

13 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 13 Web Bill of Lading – B/L Manager The B/L Manager screen allows Customers to view and manage B/Ls rendered. If the carrier has sent comments to the customer, the B/L Details screen will contain a Carrier Comment field. To view documents you can click the relevant Type hyperlink. Revised documents will replace earlier versions in the documents list. Previous versions of documents may be viewed using Review History. To enter internal notes, click the add note hyperlink.

14 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 14 Web Bill of Lading – Viewing Following documents may be requested: 1. Freight (Rated or Un-rated) 2. Type (Copy or Master). Combining these options, carriers may transmit any combination of the following four possible documents: Rated Copy Rated Master Un-rated Copy Un-rated Master Carriers transmit only one instance of each document type at a time. Thus, a document set will contain at least one but no more than four documents.) Type and Status applied through carrier specific Watermarks. Adobe Acrobat Reader software must be installed to view PDF documents.

15 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 15 Web Bill of Lading – Editing Process To request changes, first select the B/L section of interest, then enter the change-request text. To request changes to the B/L content, click the Change Request link from the B/L Manager screen. The system will open the document for viewing including a message box at the top of the screen where the change request details can be entered. To submit or review changes click designated buttons The change-request process is asynchronous: Process continues until B/L is approved. Customers may request additional changes before receiving revised doc from carrier Carriers may send multiple revisions without waiting for review by customer.

16 Proprietary and Confidential Copyright © 2005 INTTRA Inc. 16 Web Bill of Lading – Sharing & History To share non-negotiable documents with other parties, click the share documents link The system will display the dialogue box to enter the Shared Recipients email address - either from the list of previous shared addresses or enter a new. It is also possible to enter a message to the Shared Recipient. To share, click share button To review B/L history, click on the review history link. The history includes date/time and responsible party of each associated action. To view prior versions of documents, click on the hyperlink associated with the event.
