3 3 Home Page View All shows all Open Quotes Click Create Quote to start a quote or to start configuring product Click Export Product Listing to download all the products to an excel spreadsheet (includes stock order checklist). Click My Customer Profile to Add or Edit customers The last 5 quotes are displayed. Click on the quote link to see the details of the quote Account Activity shows all Open Quotes

4 4 Quote Activity Reporting The exclamation mark indicates the configuration has recently changed Large Package displays quotes using the L.P. program or a dollar amount of $100K or more. Filter the quotes displayed by using these Report fields. Download report information to an Excel spreadsheet. Closed Quotes displays all Closed Quotes. You can Copy a closed quote to reopen as new. Sorts rows when clicked Home: View All or Home: Account Activity

5 5 Home: My Customer Profile Edit customer information. Add New customers Manage customers appearing in iQuote.

6 6 Home: My Customer Profile: Add New Unchecked box means SFG customer, checked means Golf customer * = required field Unchecked box means non-tax supported customer, checked means Tax Supported Add a New Customer: Step 1 of 4 Not currently populated. Will display accounts in the future. Click Save How to Add New customers to iQuote.

7 7 Home: My Customer Profile: Add New Add a New Customer: Step 2 of 4 In order to create a quote for a customer, at least 1 Contact needs to exist. Click on Contacts to add/view/edit.

9 9 Click Save Add a New Customer: Step 4 of 4 Home: My Customer Profile: Add New Fill in required fields. These arent used for anything but are required currently. You can use dummy info here.

10 10 Home: My Customer Profile: Edit In order to create a quote for a customer, at least 1 Contact needs to exist. Click on Contacts to add/view/edit. How to Edit customers already setup in iQuote.

11 11 Export Product Listing Click on Export Product Listing to download and save a copy of the current pricelist Use it when you dont have an internet connection, download or print.

12 12 Configure a Product or Create a Quote Click Create Quote Select your customer, a contact and click Submit. Tip: Type the first letter of the customer name to navigate the customer list Tip: Generic customers (i.e.: MTI iQuote SFG Demo or MTI iQuote Golf Demo are already setup. You can use these and change the name of the quote later to reflect the customer name.

13 13 Choose Category Click on either the name of the category or the picture and it will take you to the Select Model page

14 14 Select Model Click on the SKU link to see additional product information. Click on Accessories Only if you want to add Accessories without a Traction Unit. Click on Configure to start the configuration process

15 15 Configure Product Select the accessories that need to be added to the traction unit – this item was added by one of the configuration rules Click Continue to go to the Set Pricing Page

16 16 Set Pricing Select the program that is set up for the model – and the customer is entitled to use

17 17 Set Pricing If you need additional support to get the deal, and enter in a number that is off the chart a DSM Approval message is displayed Click Save and Continue to go to the Review Quote page Profitability Info is displayed in the gray box Toro Protection Plus. Select to add. Click Update button if you want to change Award Price.

18 18 Contract Pricing NATIONAL IPA, STATE CONTRACTS, DISTRIBUTOR SPECIFIC PROGRAMS, CORPORATE ACCOUNTS Choose your pricing program from the drop down list and iQuote will price your configured items. Contact christopher.anderson@toro.com, to add your specific program if not currently listed in iQuote. christopher.anderson@toro.com

19 19 Review Quote page Add Additional products. Enter the Dnet price, Click Quick Add and then Add to Cart and profitability of the whole deal will be calculated Click Quick Add and then Add to Cart Tip: You can also use this line item to add Set Up Charges or any product not in iQuote

20 20 Review Quote page Add Financing or click on Profitability to download a spreadsheet for the whole deal

21 21 Profitability Analysis You may want to use this copy to key into your business system or for rebate information Market Support scenarios page in DPS

22 22 Review Quote page Options for making a copy of the quote for your customer, Export Summary, Export Itemized, Print, Choose Copy Quote if you need to make multiple versions of the quote Choose Close Quote if you do not want to keep the quote open – it will prompt you to select a reason

23 23 Export Summary The format is simple to allow you to easily print it on your letterhead or add other formatting

24 24 Convert to Order Distributors who log in will have a red Convert to Order Button Complete the 3-step order process and it will send an email to the email address you have configured in your eStorefront
