NXP: Multipurpose Water Condensed Unit
NXP is the range of multipurpose external units operating on refrigerant R410A Designed for 2 or 4 pipe systems One unit simultaneous and independent request for hot and chilled water An NXP is a multipurpose water condensed unit - NXP is the range of multipurpose external units operating on refrigerant R410A They are designed for 2 or 4 pipe systems with one unit simultaneous and independent request for hot water and chilled water

NXP Characteristics Polyvalent unit water condenser
Simultaneous production of hot and cold water Hot water up to 55°C / 131°F Available with pump kit Can be accommodated year round The NXP is a polyvalent unit water condenser It has simultaneous production of hot and cold water with hot water up to 55˚C or 131˚F Also, it is available with a pump kit and can be accommodated year round

NXP Characteristics From up to 1650 Designed for Indoor Applications NXP-13 Models Design Heating Capacity Cooling Capacity - There are many key characteristics of NXP’s Firstly, the NXP-13 Model is available from 504 (five hundred and 4) up to 1650 (sixteen hundred and 50) What makes this unit unique is that it is designed for indoor applications It also has both heating and cooling capacity: The heating capacity is from the Btu range displayed on screen The cooling capacity is from 31 tons to 142 tons 31 Tons to 142 Tons Btu to Btu

Hydronic Module Built in Hydronic module includes the main water circuit components Available with one or two pumps with high or low head on the system and recovery side The built in Hydronic module in an NXP unit includes the main water circuit components It is available in various configurations with one or two pumps. With high or low head on the system and recovery side

Available Power Available Power 3 Phase / 208 Volt / 60Hz
- There is a variety of available power options for an NXP - The voltage ranges from 208, 230, 460 and 575 volts 3 Phase / 575 Volt / 60Hz

NXP Range All the sizes have 2 refrigerant circuits:
Higher reliability Better regulation of the water temperature of the recovery Compressors: 3 for NXP / 4 for the others All of the NXP units have two refrigerant circuits which result in higher reliability and better regulation of the water temperature of the recovery - There are 3 compressors for the NXP 500 (five hundred) to 550 (five hundred and fifty) models and 4 compressors for all of the other models

Accessories Accessory Explanation AER485P1
RS485 interface for supervising systems with MODBUS protocol AERWEB300 The Air Web option allows remote control of a chiller through a PC and Ethernet connection AERWEB300-6 Web server monitor and remote control 6 units maximum on RS485 network There are many accessories that support NXP units Lets begin with the AER485P1 - this is a RS485 interface for supervising systems with MODBUS protocol AERWEB300 – is the Air Web option that allows remote control of a chiller through a PC and Ethernet connection with a standard browser – there are four versions available AERWEB300-6 is a web server monitor and remote control of 6 units maximum on RS485 network

Web server to monitor and remote control 18 units maximum on RS485 network AERWEB300-6G Web server to monitor and remote control 6 units maximum on RS485 network with integrated GPRS Modem AERWEB300-18G Web server to monitor and remote control 18 units maximum on RS485 network with integrated GPRS Modem - As a continuation of the previous slide, there are more NXP accessories. They include the following: AERWEB is web server to monitor and remote control 18 units maximum on RS485 network AERWEB300-6G is a web server to monitor and remote control 6 units maximum on RS485 network with integrated GPRS Modem - AERWEB300-18G is a web server to monitor and remote control 18 units maximum on RS485 network with integrated GPRS Modem

Simplified remote panel that allows control of basic unit functions and alarm notifications. Remote mounted up to 500m away with twisted pair screened cable and TONN6300 AVX Anti-vibration mounts to be installed under the base of the unit PGD1 is a simplified remote panel that allows control of basic unit functions and alarm notifications - remote is mounted up to 500m away to twisted pair screened cable and TONN6300 (sixty three hundred) AVX is an anti-vibration mount to be installed under the base of the unit

Factory Fitted Accessories
Accessory Explanation DRE Electronic soft start which reduces starting current. Available 400V power supply only RIF Power factor correction that is connected in parallel to the motor that allows 10% reduction of input current - There are some accessories that are factory fitted and they include the following: DRE is an electronic soft start which reduces starting current. It is only available with 400v power supply RIF is a power factor correction that is connected in parallel to the motor, allowing 10% reduction of the input current

Software: developed completely by Aermec Available 0-10V signal and condensing pressure gives the possibility to control: Three way valve - for close loop Two way valve - for open loop Inverter pump pCO3 with expansion of pCOe is the hardware of an NXP The software of the unit is designed completely by Aermec The 0-10V signal and condensing pressure gives the possibility to control three components (1) The first component is the three way valve – for close loop (2) The second is the two way value – for open loop (3) The third component is the inverter pump

Managing the Set Points (Heating/Cooling)
The function of main thermostat can be changed according to the load or by the hot water or cold water The main thermostat (cooling or heating) decides the number of compressor’s to turn on the second changes between different working modes With regards to managing the different set points, such as heating or cooling in a polyvalent, the function of the main thermostat can be changed according to the load or by the hot or cold water The main thermostat decides the number of compressors to turn on the second changes between different working modes
