6. Reading Language Arts – E.L.T. 09/19/19 Read a book of your choice.
When you finish the book, see me to complete your book recommendation form.
You must read at least 3 books this nine weeks and complete the corresponding book recommendation.
You will have time in class to read, but you could also read on your own, too.
You may certainly read more to earn more points!
YOUR THIRD BOOK MUST BE FINISHED BY AT LEAST 10/04. Remember to include a completed book recommendation and take your photo.

Add your new sheets to the next available page in your ELT notebook and put today’s date on it.
Leave your notebook open to the completed CNN Student News page and stack it on the workstation table near the computers to be graded.

If you could have a 3-minute shopping spree in any store, where would you go? What all items would be in your cart? Why?
Describe your future career/life. What is a day like for you?
Who is your role model? What do you admire about them?
Describe the most perfect meal. What all would be included?
If the internet were to crash forever, what would the benefits be? What would the drawbacks be?
Free write about a topic of your choice.
YOUR THIRD JOURNAL SET MUST BE FINISHED BY AT LEAST 10/04. Every three pieces are for a grade!
