3 Cafeteria Breakfast: Students may eat breakfast at school. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria from 8:10 - 8:40 a.m. Lunch: If buying a lunch, students choose their own items to eat. Ice cream is sold daily. Please practice opening lunch boxes, packages, juice boxes, and cleaning up spills. Lunch Money: Please place your child’s lunch money in an envelope or bag, labeled with his/her name, in the daily folder. If your child’s account runs out of money, an alternative meal will be provided. Ice cream can be bought EVERYDAY unless you set a restriction. I cannot set a restriction. Lunch Money: Let your students know if they have money in their folder, so they can take it to the cafeteria in the morning. We may not check folders until after the announcements and the cafeteria is closed by then.

4 Library Times: Each week the students will have a library lesson and are allowed one book to check out. If the library book is not returned by the following week, your child will not be able to check out another book until the first book is returned. *** Reading Logs will be sent home each 9 weeks. You must return your Reading Log at the end of the 9 weeks in order to earn a spirit stick. Computer Time: Please provide your child with a set of headphones for the computer lab. (The small kind, which work in a portable CD player will work just fine) Make sure they are labeled with your child’s name. Snack Time: Please send a small snack daily. Goldfish, pretzels, bars - nothing messy, or anything that requires a spoon/fork. No juice boxes. Water Bottles: Please send a filled reusable water bottle daily. It should have a flip top lid, no screw top lids. Label clearly with child’s name. Discuss your library day and computer day if you want.
