2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEXT YEAR

3. E-BOARD HELD EVENTS
The E-Board will be hosting outside events that give the ability for members to join
These events will be run by our NHS rather than an outside organization
For example, a text would be sent out saying that E- Board is hosting a Meals On Wheels event, and you would be able to contact the member holding the event

4. NEWSLETTER
Each month, Brendan will post a newsletter on Edmodo and the website
The newsletter will have important information for the month, the date of the meeting (if there will be a meeting that month), and information about events
While all events of the month won't be on the newsletter, many will, including their date, time, and link

5. FUNDRAISING We will be doing pizza cards again next year
We are also looking to do more fundraisers so we can host more events through Dakota NHS
If you have any ideas for events, please share them with anyone on E-Board

6. HOURS

7. NEW HOUR LOGGING
There is a new form for hours that will be available on the website, which is designed to allow more events to be logged per sheet
Quarterly Hours: due last day of the quarter 
Continue to turn in physical logs
your hours to Alayna at else they won't be logged

8. SUMMER HOURS You need to get a minimum of 10 hours over the summer
You can get a maximum of 16 summer hours
The hours are due on the first day of school
Only events done after school is out for the year will be counted
Events done in June before school gets out will be counted towards your June hours

9. OUTSIDE HOURS We will be changing the way outside hours work
There is a list of pre-approved events on the website for which you don’t need to to do an event there
If your event is not on the list, please see the chart on the website for whether the event is allowed
If it is, please /Text Brendan or Alayna to have your event be voted on by the E-Board and be added to the list
