If members need slots outside home club – VPPR is the point of contact for them PRESIDENT – Is your go to for any idea, proposal, feasibility, backup, information repository VP EDUCATION – Discussing unique meeting ideas, pushing for quality VP MEMBERSHIP – Syncing on joining formalities, VPPR should be aware of the basic club joining formalities SECRETARY – Minutes of the meeting TREASURER – Budgeting for any printed collateral, money for any online subscriptions (eg. Meetup.com) SAA – Printing of collaterals (such as brochures/newsletters), club standee/ribbons EC MEETINGS ARE VERY IMPORTANT!!
