3. NRR Ad Hoc Committee
In November 2008, the Working Group has approved the creation of a WG Ad Hoc Committee with the objective of promoting discussion on robustness and reliability
Committee reflector and document upload area
Study the potential interest of the WG to launch a new standardization activity for a highly-reliable and highly-robust system

4. Scope of the Committee
The Committee has refined the scope after having defined the usage models and a first set of requirements

Enhanced relay operation: Level 1
Direct communication mode: Level 1
Priority bandwidth request: Level 1
Non-standard channel behaviors: Level 1
Enhanced security: Level 2
Dynamic reconfigurability: Level 2
Mobile BS: Level 2

NRR has been active at session #59 and session #60
Works have been carried out in-between sessions
Regular conference calls
Technical discussions on the reflector (54 members)
