2 Goal Provide clear direction for the ART, in accordance with the IFRC’s strategy 2020, in the purpose of contributing to the achieving the getting to zero 28th Annual Meeting Jakarta, Indonesia

3 Objective 1: To ensure active participation of NS members in the fight against HIV and AIDS epidemic through improving advocacy among leadership of its members. 1.1 AMT meets NS’s SG 1.2 Formal letters from ART chair to NS’s SG 1.3 Attend the leadership forum [SG forum] 1.4 Meeting reports to all NS’s SG 1.5 Communication with ART members from ART Secretariat ( , fax and phone) 1.6 Support from NS’s members to the ART’s events 1.7 Support member NS to do advocacy strategy for new interventions. e.g. IDU, prison, trafficking victims 28th Annual Meeting Jakarta, Indonesia

4 Key Accomplishment Early of 2016, PRC SG sent our letters of communication to SG of new role of PRC as ART Chair Shared to NSs SG the 2015 Meeting Report held in Manila Bulletins (Updates) was sent out to ART Members 28th Annual Meeting Jakarta, Indonesia

5 Objective 2: To ensure the quality of the HIV programming through mutual technical support and capacity building, including harm reduction, mobile population, TB and malaria. 2.1 Evaluation of the network and mapping out the expertise within the network 2.2 Mapping out member’s HIV program areas and expertise and regular updating 2.3 Mobilize technical support within ART members 2.4 Sharing and encouraging mobile population health intervention program within the countries and the region and with IOM 2.5 Gender sensitivity included 2.6 Improve M&E 2.7 Promote Community based service delivery model 28th Annual Meeting Jakarta, Indonesia

7 Objective 3: To ensure the meaningful network as a sharing forum and a learning center through improving ART website administration and information sharing. 3.1 Conduct regular annual meetings 3.2 Conduct regular bi-annual face-to-face AMT meetings 3.3 Conduct regular quarterly AMT meetings via Skype 3.4 Submission of ART’s annual progress report shared among members , IFRC, stakeholders and observers 3.5 Promotion of ART’s activities via International conferences/meetings and website 3.6 Conduct event campaigns (WAD, Candle light day) 3.7 Active participation in ICAAP and IAC (abstracts and attendance) abstract writing guidelines 3.8 Production of IEC materials, case study and best practice 28th Annual Meeting Jakarta, Indonesia

Agreed in Manila during the 27th ART Annual Meeting, this highlights our commitment in developing the network and supporting member National Societies to promote HIV/AIDS program through fostering partnerships and integration with other health sectors and advocacy at different levels. 28th Annual Meeting Jakarta, Indonesia

10 Objective 4: To improve partnership with other key organizations.
4.1 Actively collaborate with RCRC+ in the HIV response at regional and country level 4.2 Engage the partnership with PLHIV locally and regionally. 4.3 Active involvement between ERNA and ART 4.4 Identify and improve collaboration with other key stakeholders (country and regional, international levels) 4.5 Collaborate with youth and volunteers clubs 28th Annual Meeting Jakarta, Indonesia
