Differential Pressure Rating – This would be the maximum pressure differential a component/assembly could contain either between wellbore and the outside environment or on a boundary to fluid moving up the wellbore.
Absolute Pressure Rating – This would be the maximum absolute pressure allowed between wellbore and the outside environment or on a boundary to fluid moving up the wellbore.
