25 Peer mentoring Peer Mentors are current UCLA students who have transferred successfully from a community college. Peer Mentors help others discover the potential within themselves to succeed in the university and in life; transfer brokers. Meet with CCCP Scholars once a month In person, by phone, skype or best means to connect for at least 30 minutes each month Meetings take place starting in October through May.

Six-week commuter program; students complete a UCLA summer sessions course, and receive individual advising on the UC application and personal insight questions. Introduction to research, university writing and support programs.
