The program helps students develop the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the college environment and ensure their success in higher education.
BLACK SCHOLARS - The mission of Black Scholars is to help African American college students achieve their academic and career goals by increasing their retention, persistence, and graduation rates.
GUARDIAN SCHOLARS - Guardian Scholars is a supportive network committed to empowering current and former foster youth to achieve their academic, career, and personal goals. The program encourages student growth and development through meaningful interactions during individual, group, and in-class sessions. As a community, it is designed to help students attain success throughout their collegiate journey.
Students Providing Assistance Resources and Knowledge (SPARK) - The primary objective of the SPARK peer- mentoring program is to contribute to the advancement of first-year students by aiding in their academic, emotional, and social adjustments to college. LATINO LEADERSHIP ACADEMY - The mission of the Latino Leadership Academy is to inspire, engage, and empower Latina/Latino students to become agents of change and advocates for all students at GCC.
